Mark 布莱克本, CPA

He leads LBMC’s Employee Benefit Plan 审计 group and works with all types of employee benefit plans, 包括 defined contribution, defined benefit, health and welfare, and employee stock ownership plans. These plans range in size from small privately held businesses to publicly traded companies with 11-k filings.  LBMC, PC ranks as one of the largest retirement plan auditor firms in the nation.

Mark also has significant experience in auditing, accounting and tax matters for privately held and family owned businesses, 包括, 建设, 房地产, architectural/engineering firms, manufacturing and distribution companies. He spends a majority of his time working with owners of these types of businesses and their retirement plans.

Mark has been a frequent speaker at the AICPA’s Employee Benefit Plan Conference and the TSCPA’s Employee Benefit Plan Conference. He also speaks at various events on employee benefit plan matters.  He was also a member of the Executive Committee of the AICPA’s Employee Benefit Plan 审计 Quality Center and the AICPA’s Employee Benefit Plan Expert Panel.
